The Kuskokwim 300 Sled Dog Race begins next Friday night at 6:00 pm and Rohn will be there to defend his title. Martin will also be racing. Nikolai will come along to help out and it will be his first time in Bethel. Kathy will stay at her home in Bethel with the Hoffmans - Mike, Jill, Elliot, Carly and Taylor. Hopefully, the Bethel Warriors will be playing at home and Kathy and Nikolai will get a chance to see the Hoffman boys playing basketball.
Kathy has been cooking for the last few days - getting food drops ready to be vacuum packed for sending out on the trail. Lori Egge came over to be the sous chef and dishwasher on Tuesday. Cooking is much more fun with two people.
